Wildflower Society Walk – Soldier’s Pond Bog Orchid

Todd Boland will be leading this walk.  Meet at transmission line at l0:00 am, west of Foxtrap Weigh Scales- beginning of Little Soldier’s Pond Pole Line.


Some highlights will include- white fringed orchid, scent-bottle orchid, ragged fringed orchid, Andrew’s Orchid, Rose Pogonia, Dwarf Huckleberry, Newfoundland Birch, and sundew.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any member attending MUST contact Todd in advance. If Todd does not hear from you, he will assume there is no interest on this day, and will not make the trek out to Soldier’s Pond Bog. Todd can be reached at: todd.boland@warp.nfld.net or call- 753-6027.
