Newfoundland & Labrador Annual ENGO Conference

The ENGO Conference is an annual event that serves to provide professional development and networking opportunities for ENGOs in Newfoundland and Labrador. The event is organized and hosted by a volunteer organizing committee and an advisory committee.

Where: The Fluvarium in St John’s (5 Nagles Pls, A1B 2Z2).

2022 Grand Falls-Winsor

The first ENGO Conference took place in 2022 and was organized by Birds Canada NL, Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation, Ducks Unlimited NL, and Stewardship Association of Municipalities NL (SAM), and hosted by Corduroy Brook Nature Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor. 

2023 New Wes Valley

Supported by Memorial University’s Office of Public Engagement, the 2023 ENGO Conference was organized by Birds Canada NL, Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation, Ducks Unlimited NL, Stewardship Association of Municipalities NL (SAM), Nature NL, CPAWS-NL, and Council of Canadians NL, and was hosted by the Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation at the former Norton’s Cove Cafe in New Wes Valley.
